This is a two-parter, set as one of the Oslo-series (the Youngstorget-piece being the first). I took known areas of Oslo, and here we see what is known as the barcode.

The idea is ghosts hacking into the system, though ghost Choppaz.

These “choppaz” I think represent how big brother always sees you, how we’re indoctrinated into things. At least how it’s continually surveilled and monitored.
