City contestants - Sharpen up those feet, get ready to dance

So the citizens have coloured pencils for feet, right? Each colour aligns with certain emotions. So these pencils are growing (not sure of the speed, but faster than normal nails), and they have to sharpen them now and then.

This is once such action, with a proceeding dance to mark down their statement or predicament. This will be a page somewhere, of my graphic novel.
